The Commission has received correspondence from the Department for Infrastructure confirming that the submission of late amendments to the application by the applicant have rendered the timetable and opening date for the inquiry (21 May 2025) unachievable.
Jurisdiction now rests with the Department to process the amendments. The inquiry is therefore postponed until the Department informs the Commission that the processing of the applicant’s amendments has been completed. A new timetable and hearing date will be considered at that point.
