Hearing concerning a determination that an application for unauthorised erection of 2 buildings and associated underground slurry tanks, which are used for the keeping and rearing of pigs and the laying of a hardcored area being development carried out without the grant of planning permission so required on Lands Northeast of 16 Dryarch Road, Omagh, must be accompanied by an environmental statement.
The Commissioner has submitted his report into the above application to Fermanagh & Omagh District Council, release of the report is a matter for the Council.
