Hearing concerning a determination that an application for unauthorised anaerobic digestion plant comprised of two digestor tanks, two combined heat and power plants, machinery and development; unauthorised erection of silage clamps and concrete yard; unauthorised use of two underground tanks for the storage of digestate and slurry used in association with the AD plant (the digestate tank is located under the silage clamps and slurry is located under the shed used for drying); unauthorised use of an existing shed for the drying and storage of woodchip and installation of associated drying plant and equipment; unauthorised use of an existing shed for the drying of digestate and installation of associated digestate separation plant; unauthorised sitting of a lorry trailer/container used for drying woodchip; unauthorised earth bund; unauthorised concrete retaining wall; unauthorised hardcored areas; unauthorised creation of an access and laneway including retaining walls and infilling of land to raise ground levels at lands 155m to the south west of 61 Hill Street, Milford, Armagh, must be accompanied by an environmental statement.
The Commission will conduct a hearing at 10:30am on Thursday 25 April 2024.
