Regionally significant planning applications and listed building consent application: proposed heritage-led mixed use development (incorporating residential development, leisure and recreational uses and community facilities including museum/exhibition space) and works to listed buildings at Upperlands, Maghera, County Londonderry for JHT (Upperlands) Limited.
The hearings relating to these regionally significant planning applications were completed in November 2021. The Commissioner forwarded her report and recommendations to the Department for Infrastructure on 27th January 2022.
Release of the report is a matter for the Department.
