Hearing concerning a determination by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council that an application for planning permission for a change of use from agricultural land to a seasonal informal car park, on land approximately 60m North of 29 Causeway Road, Bushmills must be accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
The Commissioner has sent his report for this case to the Council, release of this is a matter for the council.
